Domestic Shipping:
- We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
- Certain remote areas may have extended delivery timelines.
- Pin code serviceability can be verified at checkout
2 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹599/- (within India).
- Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of order cancellation by us or defective products.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once shipped.

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS upon dispatch.
- Track your order through our website or the courier partner's tracking portal.

6 Delivery Failure and Re-Attempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will make 2-3 re-attempts.
- After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- Customers will be notified and may choose re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or refund.
- Inspect packages upon delivery; report any visible damage immediately to the courier and to us within 24 hours.
- For lost shipments, we will file a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund.
- Photographic evidence will be required for damage claims.
- COD is available for orders up to ₹2000/- in select serviceable areas.
- COD charges of ₹20/- may apply.
